Ruff Ryders?
I was just watching a news segment on these dumb fucks. Basically they are a bike gang that ride crotch rockets and have a rap label and flash signs and all sorts of other pop-influenced dipshit things like that.
Who the fuck are these dipshits? The Lavendar Hell-Like Angels? Crotch-Rocket gangs seem as fearsome as people who drive lowered Hondas with modified exhaust. Good fucking grief, MTV must die.

yeah, think he's working on his last album before he retires to devote more time to God.
Others that I can think of that are/were part of the label: Eve, JayZ, Jadakiss, Lox, Swizz Beatz, etc.

I feel really terrible for making fun of the rappers and their cute little bike club. Also, I was not aware of their existence until recently, wowie! As well, I would like to extend my heartfelt apology to BMX and his bikerbuddies. Furthermore, suck my cock. Thanks for listening.DMX Stands for Darkman X. Canelek if you don't like the music don't listen. You're about 5 years late on finding out about Ruff Ryders.

EDIT: I am also sorry I made fun of your lowered Honda.

Actually, many of them come from the dangerous neighborhoods that inspired the bullshit that you see on MTV, and many of them still have credibility among the people that still live in those neighborhoods.
Also, they're not a bike gang, they're a rap crew. If you don't know what the difference is, then you should never ever mention anything about rap or hip-hop again.
And before you say anything: I drive a 1987 Ford Taurus. The only modification it has is a gold grill (the rest of the car is red) which I put on because I ran into an SUV.

Ok, a rap crew, I am mistaken. I am not "with it" enough to understand the difference, obviously. Maybe I should listen to some more pop radio to "keep it real". Oh! Maybe I will just go buy an eminem CD and get some blingbling, eh?
I have tapped into a whole new level of sensitivity, this is getting interesting.
Your Socialogist and anti-pop hero,
Canno
PS: Elvis had gold trim on many of his vehicles. Albeit tacky, he was the King after all.. no reason to feel bad about that.
EDIT: Rap died when Kool Moe Dee retired.

Hell, I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with not knowing anything about rap. I probably have more redneck than hip-hop in me, I just happen to know a little about it because of my friends. I'm just saying that this particular crew does happen to have some street credibility, although there's certainly other bogus rappers that are worthy of being picked on (like Nelly).

You bring up an interesting point about street credibility. Although I see it is as farce, it does indeed have merit in certain circles. Also, even though I have been, I really don't intend to shit on rap music. Although it aint my thing, I am just being an asshole for disrespecting it...thus making myself sound hypocritical. Hell, I listen to punk and hardcore--probably the least respected music genre of all.
The whole "gang" thing just pisses me off...I need to move out of LA, the whole scene is totally lame, thus, my pissing on those crotchrocket bitches that use a 'Z' as opposed to an 'S' in their nancy club title.
Now, back to 'street credibility'... this is out of my league as I am not from the 'street'...unless you would consider Little Rock that(not counting SW city, yo!).
Shit, I guess I am getting old...although I do indeed give a thunbs up to folks working their way out of poverty, hell, that is pretty tits IMO--I just don't want it run under my nose every time I turn on the radio.
On a side note, I think the names of rappers should be determined by country singers. Discuss.

You forgot the gunrack, hippie. Also, what the fuck does a confederate flag(insinuation perhaps?) have to do with anything? You just have your panties in a bunch due to my opinion over those jerkoffs that clog the freeways and that bmx guy...sheesh..Willowwing wrote:I don't own a lowered honda.
