OMG I am

first time I encountered black food I had to eat was this medical carbon tablet my mom gave me for upset stonach or something, it was the most disgusting thing ever, tasted like chalk and gave my mouth and teeth this beautiful hard to wash black tint /shivers

they wont change the recipe, the partially hydrogenated xxx oil keeps the filling from melting during distribution and prolongs shelf life.

on CNNfn today they had one of the 2 anchors on "money gang" eating oreos and talking about what a joke this thing was. one guy was running around the studio handing oreos to the technicians and stuff. it was pretty funny. well in terms of CNNfn anyways.

I was taking a poke at CNNFN.

As for the Oreo thing... I don't really care. I don't really like Oreos or any other sweet foods. The closest I get to sweet snacks is greet tea ice cream or those Korean popsicle thingies.

There's nothing wrong with eating that kind of fat if you consume it in moderation.

There are far better ways to raise public awareness about an issue like trans-fats than suing. Everyone knows that an excess of fat in your diet is bad for you, anyone who CARED about thier diet could find out on their own about trans-fats. It's not the responsibilty of Oreos to give you health tips, it's your responsibility to take care of your body and read up on health issues. I am sick of helpless asswipes who always want to point a finger at everyone but themselves for thier problems.
Punishing a business because people are ignorant, while a time-honored tradition in America, is fucking retarded.
