He's an ex-sumo wrestler that went on the Jarred "Subway" diet and started bicycling. He lost so much weight so fast, he didn't have time to buy new clothes.

OR he was hired to do a stip tease at a stagette party and had to bolt when things got out of hand (pardon the pun). He managed to escape the party and found a bike in a neighboring yard. Poor fellow has been working his way home since 3am.
