Computer Problems

Everytime I try and access a windows program, I get " Cannot find file C:\WINDOWS\rundll32.exe." As it being 4am, I dont think Xouqoa would like me to wake him for another pc problem.

Another question. On start up and using msconfig. For the programs I no longer have on this pc, that started up at start up. I have uninstalled, how do I remove them from the window to " select for start up" from the msconfig command.

Yes I have windows 98. I pray to the Cash god for a new Pc this weekend.
