The Media --> 8==D

Over the last few days it has become blatently obvious to me that our media has gone way too far in order to get ratings. What do I mean? Well, lets take a look at a few grossly exaggerated first reports that I've heard over the last few days from CNN.

#1: American forces have discovered a barrel of nerve gas hidden a secret military bunker under a site disguised as an agricultural institute.

#1 Truth: American forces uncovered a barrel of pesticides that would be harmful if touched or consumed by humans (Surprise surprise!) inside a shoddily constructed ground-level cellar of sorts - It was basically a 10 foot hole dug in the ground with a tarp put over it - next to, here's the real surprise - A FARM! A farm having fucking pesticides WHAT THE FUCK ARREST THE MOTHER FUCKERS.

#2: American forces have uncovered a mobile biochemical weapons facility hidden in a truck disguised as a SAM launch site controller.

#2 truth: American forces found a truck containing a compartment which had the following: a pulley system to handle materials without actually touching them, and an air conditioner system.

#3: American forces have uncovered weapons grade pleutonium in one of Iraq's nuclear facilities.

#3 truth: American forces detected radiation that had been leaking in a shoddily managed nuclear plant in Iraq.

All three of the incidents were NOTHING, and yet our media perpetuated that each single case was the "smoking gun" that we have been seeking. I for one have stopped watching the fucking news because it is the most pathetic form of journalism that I've ever seen. It has turned into the tabloids. Why do we allow our media to lie their asses off right to our face? I say fuck you CNN. Fuck you FOX news. Fuck you CNBC. Fuck you media.

I still think you need to use the word 'scandal' correctly, and I think this should be moved to the 'Current Events' forum where it belongs.

I think its obvious to anyone its a penis...but then again people apply their own meaning to symbols, usually drawn from personal experience.
