well since only one of those classes requires you to hit the keyboard, you only need like 2 fingers.

finger 1: tap taunt every now and again on warrior-box
finger 2: tap BS every now and again on rogue-box

finger 1: tap stand and CH on warrior every 40 seconds

finger 2: tap "/", "a", "f", and "k" on druid box
