Kazaa Lite. Not sure why you would bother trying to find a website when you can just use Kazaa.

maybe because some of us HATE using Kazaa ? its the DEBIL puts tons of popups with spyware in them

Try SoulSeek. Goto google and type it in the search. Should hook you up with a place where you can download it right off the bat.
