Need some Tech advice.

Post by Drakoslay123 »

Just got a Plextor PX-504A DVD+R/RW. I was hoping to cover some DVD movies. But the movies are Copy Protected. Are there anyways to by-pass that and copy some movies?

hehehe! Spanga, have a 56k Modem connection. It is going to be painful to download, but I would like to try. Which sites can I go to get some quality Movie downloads?

But I also like to have a DVD burning software can do the job as well. Any suggestions?

Check this site You may be able to find a DVD burning program.

If it isn't on that page that I posted search for "DVD Copy One Platinum 6"

CD copie protection.

Some other tricks that companies use is to burn a 0 byte file that the writer considers as corrupt data and consequently burns a coaster.

Programs that use the bit method of burning avoid this all together since they are basically making a duplicate of the bits and not trying to read or validate the data. Just the bits that are present are what get duplicated.

You want to find a program or hardware that will allow you to do bit burns on the DVD media with out haveing to read or validate the data. this is what will give you a successful burn.
Humm.. Interesting but, Irelevant
