I wouldnt, at least with the power tool, you're in control, for the tool to fall in the water, you have to screw up. On the other you're completely in the hopes your POS makeshift ladder will hold together.

If you take careful note of dipshit number 1, he is barefoot on that ladder and he is soaking wet from the chest down. He is wearing safety goggles though! That is all OSHA requires.
