I happened upon this group after they had failed trying to multi-quest some Jboots. Coincidentally, they failed both times because of the same thing.

This guy used to be a guild event. We took him out with one group with almost no effort whatsoever. Unfortunately, I don't think Hasten ever spawned again that night.
