Magelo autosync

Apparently Magelo now has an autosync feature they've implimented and didn't tell anyone about. It's for bazaar only so you can watch your sales gimp's sales throughout the day. Just load him up, load up magelo, make sure your username/password are saved, and check the box for autosync. It kicks ass!

I have never got Magelo to work since they upgraded it. I start it before I log on game, and soon as I zone, it crashes every single time...

Zone crashes, couldn't be with CT not in the game anymore~

wouldnt loading up your sales mule and then not loading up the magelo thing and just checking the eq client be one less thing to have to load?

Think he was saying you could then check inventory ont he mule from anywhere with web access.

I.E. leave the mule running at home, check from work via Magelo to see if anything was selling.

how does magelo hack into the eq servers?

It doesn't hack into the EQServers. You run eq, while eq is running it basically packets sniffs for your character data, then with the new autosync feature (which only works in the bazaar), when it sees a change, aka something is sold, then it autosyncs with the magelo servers to upload your character info. Normally in the past yo uwould have to manually sync when you wanted your character updated. With this new feature you can leave eq running all day with magelo running all day and you see the status of your trader gimp.

I could never get it to upgrade any items after they patched it. nothing in inventory will work.
