Xyphir, there used to be lots of ads for that.

People would level your character a decided number of levels, charge you per level, and do the work for you.

Of course, these may have just been scams to steal characters. But I used to see this OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS back in the day.
