We still can, just work around it.
While I'm not a huge fan of this particular war because I think the gov't knows things that they aren't willing to admit to. They're using excuse after excuse to push this forward.
I do think it's funny that people who felt the Iraq was not in the wrong in any way decided to stand up for what they thought was right. What they forgot is that they were trying to defend a nut job. I don't think it's wrong that they want to protect civilians, I think it's funny that they were asked to be moved to protect military targets. Maybe they'll come home and begin to see that Iraq isn't exactly the undeserving victim in this case.
