No holds barred discussion. Someone train you and steal your rare spawn? Let everyone know all about it! (Not for the faint of heart!)

Hehe

Yeah, that's been floating around on 3 or 4 different boards.

Makes you wonder if they will ever open their eyes.

That is too funny. When you got the Brits nagging, you obviously fuct something up. A waiting list? That doesn't sound like a game to me. It sounds more like waiting in line at the store with one item and there only being one register open and there is a line of billion people in front of you. Yeah that is what I call enjoyment.

From the inside looking out you can't explain it.
From the outside looking in you can't understand it.

Slow news day in the UK, or what?

Perhaps Everquest should be renamed Everqueue.
Amazing that the BBC picked up on this in 15 minutes, and VI hasn't in the last 18 months.

An easy fix would be to simply make ragefire spawn by blowing me.
Don't blame me if you see my old characters acting like asses.

I personally enjoyed solB more. See if you can keep enough friends there to keep FG's clear and watch, keep his spawn time to 8-72 hours, completely random, and it would be pretty fun. I think its a challenge, I just camped Ragefire from Saturday morning till last night up till servers came down from patch and didn't see the bastard although I don't regret the camp. I think its a challenge, and I enjoy it, and it gave me a chance to finish Ender's Shadow and start the Perks of being a Wallflower.

the signup list they have on that server is perhaps a nice idea, but totally impractical.

look at how long people have to wait before they have a chance

its nuts.

at this point, unfortunately i dont see any way around camping the spawn with a healthy number of players so you can engage immediately upon its spawn.

I think Rage should be a random spawn across the world. See if you can marshal the necessary people when the bastard pops in little used zones that half the people can't find because they have never had to run through a zone in their lives.

Enders Shadow? Is that part of the Ender's Game series? That first book rocked.
