nothing unusual about that. happens at all new server splits/launches.

the idea is to get people to move to the new ones to ease crowding on the older ones.

Actually it is unusual. Previous new blue servers that are non-euro, non-splits haven't allowed server transfers for the first 6 months.

And this is the reason you wont see anymore server splits. Verant can't make as much money that way.
