Can anyone explain why anyone would do this?
Would you even be able to feel it?
What if it fell off like Michael Jackson's nose?
Along the same lines, I don't really understand boob jobs. Anyone care to explain why someone would want jellyfish-like pancakes surgically attached to their breasts?!?!

People aren't happy with themselves the way they are. Unfortunately, they won't be happy after surgery either. Maybe that extra inch or the cornrows of "planted" hair will instantly change thier life.
I watched a show on plastic surgery gone bad this weekend on Discovery channel, scary statistics. Especially if you live in FL or get the work done here. CA was pretty scary too.
A friends wife went in for fake boobs after surgery/chemo. Made her feel normal again. And yes, she got bigger ones while she was at it.

I've seen those shows on plastic surgery gone bad and it's just frightening what people will do to themselves. It's bad enough the pain/recovery time for when plastic surgery goes right.
Makes no sense that penis enlargements would have become so popular. Don't these idiots know it's not the size that matters so much as how you use it!
I imagine sensitivity declines as well.

There are many gullible men out there, whose numbers comprise an ever-growing market for penile 'enhancement' methods. Weights, vacuum pumps, herbs, pills, surgery -- you name it, and Joe 4-Inch is willing to spend his money on it. The fact that none of the methods actually work -- and indeed, that most are dangerous -- will not discourage potential buyers.
