Anytime anyone has been part of an organization for a long time, changing or moving on is harder to do then most will admit to. Most times it's just best to do it, make the change and get on with whatever you wanna do in the future.

When there's no more gas in the tank, you fill the tank in whatever means necessary. Flame Slee, Aco, Myself or anyone who moved to Legends for we really could give a shit less. I still stay in contact with quite a few on Veeshan and the bottom line is ALL are doing what they want to do and happy, so where's the harm?

So you say well he or she could have done it in a better fashion.......yada yada yada. Maybe they made the change the best way that they knew how at that time. In all honesty here, it wouldn't matter how Slee or Krurk or any guild officer or leader left, you guys would find something to flame them over. I on the other hand just say no guts no glory, if you are not happy then make the fucking change and don't look back. I admire initiative.

No one is mad he left, at least not in PD. People are mad at HOW he left. I want him, like and anyone else, to be happy in this game. I would just prefer that I and my guild not get fucked over in the process. No word to anyone, leaving with a BoC he told us he would turn in, and a piss poor post on our board after this thread was already up.

Not that it matters. PD moving on just fine

Actually Rekaar I will enjoy Slees company again since Aco recruited Slee and I helped. The 3 of us were pretty tight when we were all in PD. I am not justifying anything, I am saying however people like Slee or anyother officer or GL wanting to leave will have a hard time doing so in a long drawn out goodbye. Sometimes due to the ties of the past it's better to just act first then say your goodbyes. If thats fucking over people then so be it. Why pay monthly fees to be unhappy? When you reach that point it's time to make a move, quit or move on. It's not like Slee robbed the guildbank and grabbed everything that wasn't nailed down and left. He simply took his gear and moved. No guild on solid foundations will collapse over a single players departure no matter who that person is.

Spankes, I understand where you are coming from. People come and go all the time in this game. I put in a huge effort in PD and when I decided to leave it was nothing more then a keystroke and I left. The hard part is leaving friends you have played with for a very long time. Slee left PD in good hands, you are and always have been very stable and level headed. Trias is a good guy. I think in Slees case he wasn't happy, tired of farming the same content we were doing a year ago and wanted something new from EQ. If he didn't just make the move he would have wound up getting talked out of leaving, so I don't blame him for acting.

And finally .......Aslanna get over the bitterness of CT's downfall. It shows in every post you make. CT collapsed not because of Thess, it collapsed because the members at that time would not pull their load and dumped all of it on one or two people. If an encounter was difficult people ninja logged, very few had the desire to do the work to progress. Kilmoll saw it, Teurde Saw it, Pils saw it, Thess saw it, and I saw it. Thats another reason I said I am out of here. I will no longer waste a second of my time on people who won't strive to progress, period!

Oh come now Aslanna, you even said it in another post. If it wasn't what Thess DID to CT you would probably still be playing, but you were to hurt by it to come back. Since then your "pain" is written into every post it seems like.

Thess, Krurk, Sleestakk all were in situations they were unhappy with. All 3 were having no fun playing EQ in the state they were in, all 3 said you know what, this is not gonna work I need a change, all 3 made quick exits. I commend that, not come here and persecute them for it. Those who were fortunate enough to cross paths with these people will tell you they were all top notch people. Not retards some of you make them out to be.

Enough said, and yes I do grasp simple concepts.

Krurk did not leave the server because he was *unhappy* with anything, unless you count him being caught selling guild loot for personal IRL profit as a reason for being unhappy and leaving. You would honestly commend someone for leaving the server in this situation? Wow.

I rarely ever comment on this because it seems so pointless to waste time defending myself to people I can care less about but here is a repost of Ooga's response to this situation on the guild forum about 2 weeks after I *quit*.

"And definitely allow me to be the first person to say that Im sorry not only to Krurk, but also to the guild for being a part of this problem.. I never once told Krimson or Furor that I had any proof and that everything was based on my own assumptions.. Even though I stressed those points to the both of them, I should have gone straight to the source.. That is definitely where I messed up.. Why was Ooga so upset over this? Well let's quote him again...

Because of the fact that Lukkor was such a phat character and he would soon be in the hands of Elderan, Krurk started to be quite the cock sucker to me to say the least.. Up until that time we had been great friends and we had quite a bit of history playing the game together.. Krurk was giving me the cold shoulder and quite honestly, I was pretty bothered by all of this to the point that I was going to cancel the trade with Elderan."

He may or may not deny them, but there is really nothing wrong on his part to do so.

Anyways I rest my case on this comment by Zamtil (My alledged partner in crimes against foh)

Personally, I think Furor basically blindsided Krurk, left him with the duties of farming and equipping, then returning for the credit of AoW and Luclin. You know Furor, it's not YOUR guild. I'd just like to say what I said back then when this was posted. Krurk leading raids that I happened to get gear on is no premise for me to turn a bllind eye to what he was doing behind the guilds back. Like I said then, Krurk you were my best friend in EQ till all this crap went down, you just betrayed everyone that cared about you, as well as betrayed the guild. That's the way I see it now and tomorrow. My obligations were to the guild of FOH, not to Krurk as an individual cause he LETS me loot leet gear. And for the record, it is Furors guild.

You could not account for all the millions of plat and lewt that vanished then, and you still can't now. Show us how much you meant the part about not caring what people that you could care less about post, and stop coming here.

Krimson I wasn't speaking of when he left FOH and Veeshan. I wasn't privy to what went down there at all. I was only referring to him leaving Leviathan and Stormhammer. He was definitely unhappy and just said ok I need to make a change. Thats all.
