Anyone else getting tired of people starting a thread and just putting a link in the message? You felt enough to post the link, but not enough to talk about it at all? I dunno, maybe I just want more substance. Quality over quantity, no?

No matter what you say some folks will look for something wrong in it. If for no other reason than pure spite.

Some have reasons even more stupid than the origanal tard poster.

It may have looked funny or interesting when you saw or heard it. But after you finish typing, you begin to ponder the scrutiny<(spelling?) of a certain few, lurking behind the post button.

Besides my excuse is I am VERY sensitive and dont take insults well. I usually resort to something I am better at... PHYSICALLY VIOLENT RETRIBUTION =(

My only beef with the links is sometimes not being able to view material due to WebNazi - scourge of the workplace internet. However, sometimes links are better due to pictures, intended layout, etc...

That's great, post links, that's fine. But don't JUST post links. Comment on it, say something about it. Why you liked it, what made you want to post it. Get's really tiresome to click on threads and every 4th one is just a link. I get little motivation to check them out most of the time.

If you want to post something, post it. Don't be afraid of someone picking apart what you post, because if it's that big a problem to you, then you shouldn't post at all.

Let me attempt to clarify the message for you Maskele.

If you do not have thick enough skin to have your posts challenged for any number of reasons on this board, you have no business posting here. Expect what you post here to picked apart, debated, discussed or dismissed by the other posters here.

If you don't have the intestinal fortitude to stand behind what you post, don't fucking post.

Please let me know if you need further clarification.

Picking apart. discussing, dismissing, debating are all accepted forms of challenge. Where in those particular examples (you took time to clarify for me) Is calling someone Balless, Ignorant, Guttless, Hairless and far to many other adjectives and nouns to list, needed to make your point, or argue against anothers?

I was simply stating the truth in answer to Dregors question and I am attacked for it. Not by any of the examples you listed but by being called Balless and gutless =)

If you feel the need to resort to physical attackes, you have serious problems, and I would recommend that you seek psychological help. I'm not saying you do, just that this would be the best course of action.
