To put it simply, Maduro went in and took control of a country that wasn’t his. He wasn’t the elected leader. Maduro also seized control of all oil refineries and production facilities. Those facilities and refineries belonged to America. When Maduro stopped sending oil to America and started shipping them over seas to other countries to fuel their wars. He did so without oversight and was stealing from the US. He’s also one of the biggest drug traffickers in modern history and has killed countless lives. Now the International criminal court ruled in favor of Trump to resolve this issue in anyway needed. Meaning Maduro had to pay back America all the money it stole or else face the consequences. Well he faced the consequences.
