2618 epics Veeshan
2617 epics Tunare

That's a hella close race if accurate.

Another thought is Veeshan has needed a server split for a long ass time. Would love to see a per server population survey. Or maybe they should of added a epic per person ratio stat.

One thing would have been cool if Fippy also counted the number of players level 51-65 and divided the number of epics by that number of players. So server with a lower population but a higher ratio of epic capable players having their epic. For example I think Veehsan probably has more 51-65's than Tunare, but Tunare has a higher ratio of people who have their epics because nothing is no drop so hence it's a lot easier to get your epic there because you could buy the dropped pieces to your epic in the bazaar.

Tunare is a regular server, no-drop items are the same there as here. Firiona Vie is the one that has the strange no-drop rules.

tunare is a normal server.. your thinking of the Firiona Vie server where nothing is no drop.. except for stuff like epics themselves..

Kinda sad that there are so few epic warriors. It says 8200 warrior epics, but that includes 3 actual weapons.
I know myself I have both 1h and the 2h made all the time so I count for 3 epics.

Really shows how unbalanced a lot of the epics are to get. Like the SK epic.

the Knight Epics, and the warrior epic nowadays by the time your getting to the point of finishing them you more than likely can purchase something better in the bazaar.. or just get something better to drop on a raid..

100k for a green scale, or you could spend the 100k on better weaopns..

Of course it depends on the guild you are in at the time also.. if your in a guild where epic level weapons are the best you will see for awhile then the Epic may be what you want to persue..

And of course for some people the Epic is simply a status symbol that they put forth the commitment to get it..

My wife for example, she was at a point where she wasn't sure she would see anything much better than the SK epic for a good long time, so we worked on it with what we could.. certain parts of the epic that are rather time consuming to obtain *cough* Decrepit fucking hide happened to drop fairly rapidly with her being the only SK there.. she got damned lucky.. its now about 3 or 4 months later and she's already got some comparable/better weapons..

She is still quite proud of her epic and that she got it.. it was an acheivement for her and something she never thought she would see. and of course the fact that the Sk epic is one of the best looking epics if not THE best looking epic of them all..

wonder how many Female Erudite SK's have their epic across all servers..

The warrior epic was a waste of inventory space the moment it was first made obtainable. Yes, its quest is pretty obnoxious, but a good many of the epic quests are. The real reason nobody has a warrior epic is because it plain sucks. Why spend month after month questing for the Blade of Tactics/Strategy when you can just buy yourself better weapons for 5 to 10k?

I'll never forget the day I got my epics. I was damned happy, and I loved the attention they got me. A week later we went into Veeshan's Peak again, and I got two better weapons. :) So even then, my epics were relegated to "show off in Freeport" status.

That was way back in Kunark, though. The epics' novelty has long since worn off. Seeing as how they don't command the oohs and aahs they once did, what's the point of getting them these days?

Yeah, they balanced the Epics very badly.

Paladin and Shadowknight are both a pain in the ass.
Any Paladin who has started their epic would be better served to stop at the Soulfire. The LOH charges on it are far more valuable than either the FA or FD.

The Ragebringer is probably the best and the easiest of all Epics.

No question that the Ragebringer is one of the best, and certainly the easiest. But I'd argue that the Celestial Fists are a better epic. Even to this day, most monks still use them in their hand slot.

I've done monk and rogue epics. I'd say Monk is easier... but thats just me. I didn't like camping the notes or the hate book at all. Betrayer wasn't hard and could make decent exp doing it.

No argument here. :) My epics existed solely for the purpose of whoring for attention. I'm not ashamed of it, either.

I never got my Enc Epic. The stats weren't that impressive, but after raiding so much I think I should finish it so that I can Haste after a wipe without it taking 5 minutes.

I just got my warrior epic last year and I was very excited. And I know they really do suck, but I kind of like the ghetto-taunt proc off the red one. And so far I haven't seen any other female halfling warriors on our server with epic, but it's no doubt because they have them banked :P

I had a heart attack and pissed my pants the day Ixtlan pulled Magi in Hate for me and he was wielding the Earth Staff (last piece) I needed for almost a year. Of course that's back before they revamped the quest. So easy now I think 8)

I did both monk and rogue epics too and found the rogue one much easier. I think I got lucky though on the rogue one. I was able to get both notes within an hour of each other and the only camp I really had to do was for the SMR.

Oh thanks for the correction Xou all the damn server names SOOOO confusing. Still I would love to see that the ratio of epic captable characters vs. characters who have their epic.

he means FOH re-equiping people with epics after a server transfer, since as you pointed out you don't keep equipment..
