Has anyone checked out this channel? Its a channel dedicated to gamers (channel 126 on TW digital). It shows upcoming releases for all consoles, and has news and press conferences about different games as well. Right now EQOA is featured in a lot of shows (even saw the box for it at EB). It also features a show called Portal, which is basically a cartoon for MMORPG's. Every show is a different MMORPG. I saw part of the EQ one and it portrayed Iksars on some quest. I didn't get to see hardly any of it as I was on the way out. Just wanted to know if anyone else watches this show/channel.

I believe their main show is hosted by Scot Rubin, who is by far the biggest online wanker I've ever seen.
Back in the day when he ran Gametime independantly and on Pseudo he'd have contests and at times not even ship out the prizes, because he enjoyed playing with those prizes himself.
It was amusing listening to him rip some game one week, then the next week when the developer was on he'd act like the developer was some sort of mesiah and give him complete and utter praise, and spend the entire show back pedaling on his previous comments (anything to get free games and shit).
His questions were about as inspiring as watching a lvl 65 monk kill a moss snake. "Wow so like you can use a joystick with this game?" and I shit you not, that was an actual question by him at one point, and his questions never really strayed from that level of intelligence.
I like the concept of the channel, I just wish a halfwit fucktard such as Rubin wasn't hosting it. It was sad hearing how Scot's producer make a better on air personality than him (Jim something or other).
I don't know if we'll ever get G4 in Canada - but does the states get Tech TV? Kind of curious about that.
