A lot of people aren't even gonna have a clue where that Nick Papageorgio character is from.
Vegas Vacation was a fucking terrible movie... John Hughes didn't even know it was being made and National Lampoon wanted nothing to do with it. The only reason people watched it is because the previous 3 Vacation movies (which were awesome!)
On the otherhand, Superbad is one of the best movies of the past decade.

I was about to post the exact same thing Miir posted...so now I have to think about going back and rewatching Vegas Vacation to see if I just missed the humor in it the first time around.

Pappageorgio is the bright spot in Vegas Vacation. Superbad has the advantage of being more recent and being in a better overall movie. That doesn't mean the license part is better. Pappageorgio's run through Vegas with his fake ID blows away McLovin's little alcohol scene.
Security: I'm sorry to bother you, sir.
May I see some ID?
Rusty: ID? Sure.
Security:Thank you.
Security: Welcome to the Mirage, Mr. Pappagiorgio.
Why do they do that
when we got a hot table?
Security: How's Yuma?
Rusty:It's great.
Rusty: My wife and kids are back in Yuma,
where I work in software...
Rusty: In the software business.
"Let him roll the dice."
Security: No glasses tonight?
Rusty: No, I do not require them.
Security: Good luck, sir.
Rusty: But you do.
Clark: Oh, my Lord! Rusty!
Hot Tub Girl: You must be lost. This is Mr. Pappagiorgio.
Clark: His name is not Pappagiorgio, he's Rusty Griswold!

Well few teens get to grab a new car off the lot. Often, a early eighties model Ford Escort is the best they can do. Must have been kind of wierd to experience ATM on the first date.
