Looking for an old map application

A long time ago there was something out there like Google Maps where you could sign up and your name would be placed on a pin on this big map of the states/world showing where you lived. So for example if I were to put my name on one I'd put down Green Bay as my city and a pin would show up on Green Bay. If there were others in my area there'd be more pins surrounding Green Bay.

Does anyone remember what that was?
