I think you made this too much like homework! I only really played a handful of games form 2009: Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time, Assassin's Creed 2, Batman:AA and Uncharted 2. Out of those I'd probably give my pick to AC2, Followed by B:AA, R&C:aCiT and then U2. Uncharted 2 was 'pretty' but the supernatural shit they keep throwing into the series annoys the shit out of me and U2 had too many "run in circle" fights including the final boss. Oh I also played Infamous but was not impressed so would place that on the bottom of the list.

Single Player GOTY: Demon's Souls

It dared to be different and also didn't cave to the current generation of pussy gamers that can't handle dying.

Multiplayer GOTY: Borderlands

Played more single than multi but this and Demon's Souls both deserve overall GOTY

Best looking Game: MW2

It was a very good year for gaming with 2010 looking even better. Can't complain.
