Can't change regular user name colors unless maybe there is a phpBB addon or something? If there is, I'd be willing to install it.

Custom username color UPDATE 1-2-0

This is a mod to allow users to choose thier username color in the profile based on postcount. If you want admin only, then just dont add the field to register, and in admin cp choose something like 9999999999 posts, then admins can set colors
