Not too much on there that looks interesting. Just about everything is a sequel! Oh well will give me time to catch up stuff already out now.

Those are the games that will win my hard earned DVD-DLs (and sub maybe for Star Trek Online, depending)

Feb has 5 game releases for me, making it the busiest release month of all time for me personally. In Jan, I'll probably skip Mass Effect 2 since I haven't beaten the first one yet. That lightens the load a little.

----360----
Mass Effect 2 –1/26/10
Bioshock 2 – 2/09/10
Dante’s Inferno –2/9/10
Lost Planet 2 – 2/23/10
Scratch: Ultimate DJ – 03/01/10
Final Fantasy 13 – 03/09/10
----PS3----
MAG – 1/26/10
Heavy Rain – 2/16/10
God of War 3 – 04/1/10
List got shortened up a bit, cause I think the below games are going to end up being very skip-worthy and will fall off of my list unless they get rave reviews. 9 games in 4 months isn't that bad, should be able to finish them all just in time for the fall rush.
Army of Two: The 40th Day, Dark Void, Singularity, Two Worlds: The Temptation

Lost Planet 2 has been delayed. I'm kind of glad since the first 3 months of 2010 are so crowded.

Re: Early 2010 Game Releases (Impressive)
Put down an order at Amazon.ca yesterday for the stuff I'm looking forward to playing.
Got GOW: Collection for right now as I've never played the first 2 before
Pre-Orders:
Mass Effect 2
FFXIII - PS3 (Why go multi-disk if I don't have 2. Also 360 version getting slaughtered by the PS3 version on Amazon rankings.)
Splinter Cell Conviction

I'm probably the only person in the world to not give a shit about FF13 but I hope the 360 moves numbers comparable to the PS3 version. Platform exclusives are dumb so I'd like to see things that point that out to the developers. However if all consumers go one way there's no incentive for them to do so.

Same here. Agree on FF13 as well, but waiting for reviews to comment. I don't have any friends into FF, so I'll choose whatever platform I want. Damn, I'll miss cross game chat though...Animalor wrote:Got GOW: Collection for right now as I've never played the first 2 before
May get it on 360 anyway.

You know, I was thinking about getting it on the PS3, but you raise a fair point here and you may have just changed my mind.Aslanna wrote:I'm probably the only person in the world to not give a shit about FF13 but I hope the 360 moves numbers comparable to the PS3 version. Re: Early 2010 Game Releases (Impressive)
I would get it on the 360 were that I could move the 360 to my PC monitor without any impact(no HDMI on my 360). At it stands the PS3 is on my computer desk almost permanantly simply because I can let my wife use the TV and the couch. She uses the 360 as a media center extender. If I'm using that, she ends up watching the TV on the 22" Dell. It's not a horrible fate but it's less confortable than the couch.Funkmasterr wrote:You know, I was thinking about getting it on the PS3, but you raise a fair point here and you may have just changed my mind.Aslanna wrote:I'm probably the only person in the world to not give a shit about FF13 but I hope the 360 moves numbers comparable to the PS3 version. The PS3 only moves to the main TV in the evenings where we rent a Blu-Ray movie.

I have developed somewhat of a Blu-Ray addiction, I never saw it comingAnimalor wrote:I would get it on the 360 were that I could move the 360 to my PC monitor without any impact(no HDMI on my 360).
