If you don't see yourself upgrading memory anytime soon I'd go with the 32bit version.

I think there's some conflict with Fantasy Grounds 2, but there could be others as well. I think when I do upgrade I'll want to make a clean reinstall to get rid of all the OEM crapware I couldn't get rid of w/o a repartition (like Sparebackup, which has a recovery partition on my HDD). I'll probably want to upgrade memory at some point (certainly my video card, which was an entry level ATI Direct X 10 card), but not sure what my HW supports memory wise at the moment.
