I've already followed up a few times and they're firm in their denial. I'm guessing they really don't care much these days not only because they don't want to give out credit to people anymore and because they know by taking a quick glance that there's no way in hell I could move my mortgage anywhere else. I got my house just over 2 years ago and it's currently worth just over $40k less than what I paid for it. (No, I'm not one of those people that got a house I couldn't afford) At the moment I'm completely trapped with BoA and they likely know it. I've been moving to a FCU myself when possible.
