They are making a movie with Pullo and possibly Vorenus! I could only pray it is a 3+ hour epic.

Nice! But didn't they rip down the set? Will cost some $$ to get it up and running again.

I don't like the commercials for the Punisher. I think Pullo's going to need a new gig to get him back on track.

That would be so awesome.

Then, after this, a Deadwood movie.

I had a feeling Vorenus wasn't dead. It was almost like they wrote such an ambiguous ending just to leave the possibility of bringing them back. He lasted a month on the road, why not recovering back in his bed at home, with children who care about him?
I would be okay with just making a movie showing the scene from the gladiator ring over and over. "Thirteen! Thirteen!" God, I was screaming at Vorenus to jump in the ring to save Pullo. Great television.

Coolio. I hope it happens.

And I really doubt we will see any followup to Deadwood. :( Hope I am wrong! Wu, Cocksucker!

wuhhh? I liked Rome alright, but it was no Deadwood! Got a little too smarmy-soapy, which has it's place in TV (Nip/Tuck, Gossip Girl), but HBO could direct funds in a more worthy direction. I'm assuming that HBO is going to fund the project?

This is still going apparently, read a blurb on it over the weekend. HBO isn't involved. It's a sequel to the show, 4 years after it ended, and will star Vorenus and Pullo.
