Holy paladins (and paladins in general) are so overpowered right now that i'm not even going to be remotely suprised when I get nerfed back down to oblivion.

I played WSG on the PTR this morning. Half of the alli team was comprised of ret pallies, but being a ret pally myself I digress, but anyways...I jump of cliff from the GY and find myself a resto druid mid at about 75% health, just kinda trying to lay low while she heals her teammates in the insuing melee in the middle. I pop off the hammer of justice, divine storm, crusader strike, judge command, then get off one white melee crit. She's dead. I move into the melee, and i just die in 2-3 seconds. I look at my combat log, and 4 pallies did the same thing to me at the same time. I rez, go take a leak, and come back to find the melee has moved to just underneath horde GY. So i jump down into it....I die pretty much the second I land. Same thing happens. The whole time, /bg is alive with ppl bitching about pallies. Yeah, the axe nerf is coming, and its coming in hard!

Haha, I played WSG as my frost mage to try out the "lol, we fixed RNG except for mages who now have a 10% or 15% chance to push your shit" spec (10/0/51). I was absolutely destroying people (full s3), and eventually decided to look at the score. 5 Ret paladins had more KB than me, and i was 32-2 (we weren't capping the flag since BGs sometimes take forever to come up, and everyone wanted to try the new talents).

I'm Aardor on PVP PTR, if anyone wants to do BGs/arena. IM me if i'm not on, and i'll most likely switch over.

mages are unfuckingbelievable. 15k damage from a s2 frostmage in a matter of seconds. Hunters are also waaaay up the list of wtf damage as well.

Haha, the funniest part is that finger of frost/fireball thing don't care who you had targeted when they proc, so you can shatter combo someone and kill them, get either (or both often), of the procs, and then kill another person with just instants. I switched to my rogue pretty much for the forseable future, but the amount of angst frost mages can cause now almost makes me want to switch back.

The problem with Ret Pallies...

... is that the general community is not knowledgeable in the effective methods of counteracting us.

Once that is learned, the OPness is gone.

Period.

TBC was pushed back before they announced the release date officially. It'll be out on the 13th IMO!

Ok I just downloaded and watched the high rezz trailer. The animation is just incredible to me but what I am questioning is, why isn't there a WoW movie yet? If they could put that kind of detail into a trailer then I think a movie would just be fantastic.

They make $150 million a month (15 million subscribers, I believe), and take 2 years to get out an expansion. You'll see a movie maybe after another expansion or two.
