Californication - Season 2

Post by Aslanna »

Season 2 starting soon. You can find preair copies of episode 1 and 2 around...

As someone who thought the show could have only been one season I think the next two episodes picked it up fairly well. I thought episode 1 was better than 2 but will see how it goes... Nothing to complain about anyway.

The first season of Californication was one of the best adult oriented series ever.

Will give the second season a go over the weekend.

The "squirter" scene from Season 1 was a hallmark in TV Drama achievement.

Ohh, i didnt know they were making a season 2.
And yeah, the squirting scene is one of the most embarassing moments in TV history :)

First two episodes of season two were great!

Callum Keith Rennie (Leoben Conoy/Number Two from Battlestar Galactica) was a nice addition to the show.

Season two seems to be hitting a little too hard on the drugs but other than that, it's all good.

In episode 2, I don't know why Hank's apologizing. Karen tells the cop he's been drinking which screws him over. Plus, going down on the wrong woman seems perfectly possible in a dark room with all the drugs being thrown around!
They've done a nice job of keeping things unpredictable.

*bump* go to top!

For some reason I didn't watch season two after the first two episodes. Just started watching again last night.

This show is one of the few that makes me laugh out loud. It rocks. Season two is as good as season one IMO. It's well worth watching if you're a fan. Quality TV!

I haven't been watching these or Dexter. I was intentionally waiting until the season was over to go back and watch all of the episodes that I've been saving on the TiVo. I'd rather wait an extra 12 weeks so I can watch them all as I want to, rather than having to wait a week between each episode. I think this is going to be how I watch all series TV from now on.

I cannot wait for Dexter to come out on DVD. I will have to give this one a try too.

I am on Ep 8 and absolutely loving season 2! This is even better than the first so far, imo.

Also, Madchen Amick is still looking pretty good, although not quite as good as the Twin Peaks days...

Looks like season 3 is in the works with previews on Showtime now. From the looks of it, think they are going to make him a college professor this season. Should be some real good television!

Yeah this season made me sad when it ended, but it was still a great season!
