I think McCain is having all the celebrity Obama supporters assassinated.
Oprah is next.

Ladies, is it possible to wear more eye makeup than Oprah has on in that picture without being a clown in a circus? How about the eyelashes? Is one inch lashes what women shoot for these days?

Another good one goes, too bad
The even more unfortunate thing is he likely could have avoided this, but he was a scientologist so he couldn't/didn't treat whatever his condition was.
I wonder how they will kill him off in the show

Did they? I know they had the episode where they got rid of him with the whole scientology thing (when the "church" made him leave the show) but he came back. I guess I didn't know they got rid of him again after that.Canelek wrote:They killed him off in grand style a couple years ago.

I am not getting two dead black men confused. The only details I read or care to read were that he was dead, and that he was found next to a treadmill. This lead me to think that it was likely heart related, which, if he would be willing to see doctors/take medicine could have likely been avoided or delayed. So until you post me an article that says otherwise, he did have a condition, and he likely could have done something about it, end of subject.
No - I didn't read the article. I heard he was dead before I read this post, so what reason would I have to do so?
Quit looking for shit to nit pick, it's fucking obnoxious.

Why the fuck would he not see a doctor if he had a heart condition? This lead me to think that it was likely heart related, which, if he would be willing to see doctors/take medicine could have likely been avoided or delayed.

Because he's a Scientologist. Ever heard of them? They have their own 'doctors' who prescribe vitamins, instead of actual medication.

Re: Isaac Hayes, Dead at 65
According to the Scientology website:
Do Scientologists use medical doctors?
Of course. The Church of Scientology has always had the firm policy of not diagnosing or treating the sick. Medical doctors are trained to deal with the physical aspects of illness and injury. A Scientologist with a physical condition is always advised to seek and obtain the needed examination and treatment of a qualified medical professional. Once under medical treatment, a Scientologist then addresses his illness or injury with auditing to handle any spiritual trauma or other factors connected with the physical condition which may have predisposed him to illness or injury.
There are also many medical doctors who are Scientologists themselves.

Their website will tell you a whole lot of bullshit, if that's what you care to read.miir wrote:According to the Scientology website:

They don't believe in using medicine, amongst many other ridiculous things.. Just watch any video that their poster boy is in, he always eventually gets around to those topics.
I bet if you look on the website, it also doesn't say that they financially and socially ruin their lowly members who dedicate most or all of their lives to this "religion". Wake up dude, where have you been?
Re: Isaac Hayes, Dead at 65
Actually, the only medical treatment Scientologists refuse (as a general rule) is psychiatric care or medication.
But you're speaking out of your ass like usual.

Re: Isaac Hayes, Dead at 65
You guys are confusing Scientologists with Christian Scientists.
Christian Scientists don't believe in medicine and believe the only treatment for any kind of disease/sickness is to pray to God.
Scientologists don't believe in PSYCHOLOGY, but they have no qualms with medical doctors and treatments. They are against psychiatric treatments and drugs.

I'm sure it's a much more honest website than any of the right wing websites. Miir knows everything. Don't you know that by now?Fash wrote:Right because a cult website allllways tells the truth.

Re: Isaac Hayes, Dead at 65
I'm not defending scientology... I already think they are a bunch of fucking weirdos... but that's not gonna make me believe ridiculous and unsubstantiated rumors that have been spread around the internet.
Tom Cruise is a wacko and if he personally doesn't believe in using medical doctors or drugs, that's his prerogative. He's not even an official spokesperson for scientology.
Hayes obviously didn't interpret scientology in the same psychotic ways as Tom Cruise as he had voluntarily checked himself into the hospital after his stroke in 2006 and had been receiving ongoing medical treatment for his high blood pressure.
