I don't think this guy has a chance... Emperor Palpatine will not be president.

Shallow as it may seem, Dems don't have a chance at winning unless we invade Iraq.

I think he's got a decent shot actually. I'd probably vote for him.

He has a much better shot than Gore would have had if he chose to run. That's just my opinion though.

Doesn't he remind you of Senator Palpatine? (facially, not policy_wise)

Those muslim extremists are just gonna love a jew in the white house.
*edit* spelling. Seems whenever I type out Muslim extremists, it always comes out Muslim excrement.

Fuck Lieberman, fuck Gore, fuck the PMRC. Doesn't anyone remember their nazi censorship tirade a ways back? This guy is a whitebread Pol Pot. Ok, not Pol Pot...but sheesh.

Pretty sure if Lieberman tries he will get the Democratic nomination. The African American community even prefers him over Al Sharpton, probably because Sharpton has a longer criminal record than the average LA gang banger.

Hmm if he becomes president, and the Iraq thing is still stretching on, I cannot wait to see Kyoukans posts about him leading a nutcase religious war against them.

With our "lesser of evils" political enviroment, he's a good pick. Folks make fun of Carter too, he did a lot of good while in office.

lol, funny i was thinking about Dukakis when Tsongas came into my mind.
i think what made me stray from Dukakis was the fact that he had such massive eyebrows....frankly they are somewhat disturbing.

Lieberman is slime. Way slimier than most democrats. He was a candidate for the senate while he was VP candidate at the same time. Didn't exactly show confidence (or respect) for his party, did it?
By the way this is now illegal.
No chance of him getting my vote.

Lieberman is considered an arch-enemy of the Entertainment industry, right up there with Tipper Gore. Their vehemently pro-censorship campaigns have made them few friends in an industry that is composed almost entirely of Democrats. Not a smart move, considering that's where big-ticket Dems have been getting the majority of their west coast funding in the last 20 years.
Considering the man wants to fuck up my chosen profession, I would vote for a 3rd party over him. I doubt he'd win the primaries, though; he's too conservative for the majority of Democrats.
Edit: For the record, yes, he does look eerily like Senator/Emperor Palpatine. He speaks kind of like him, too.

I have never cared for Lieberman he’s an ass. I agree with Millie 100% here, I doubt he would ever win the nomination but if he did I couldn’t see myself voting for him but I sure as hell wouldn’t vote for numb nuts either. I don’t care if it’s a democrat or a republican or a member of the mother fuckin green party as long as we get someone with more brains then G-Dubbyah its all good but I do hope the democratic party decides to run someone good.

Someone correct me if I am wrong.
Is this the guy who snivels all the time about his PoW status?
If so, no vote from me. I have great respect for those who did and do their duty, and nothing but contempt for someone who throws PoW status up like a flag and rides it into political office.
