Well, I had said I was done discussing it a year ago, and done what I thought was a fairly good job of explaining my reasons, but...

Clarification is really not necessary since the rules stated have often and sometimes consistently been broken by several, if not most, of the members of this board, including myself. They are rarely enforced and there is no mention of how they would be enforced (i.e. 1 week suspension). I am actually quite satisfied with the lax environment. The banning is a blatant example of what happens in most organizations I've been exposed to in my life, which is rules are enforced more harshly (which in itself is hypocrisy and injustice) to the outcasts of said organizations. The "rules" are used as an excuse to banish the pariahs, whereas the celebrities face no consequences for comparable and sometimes worse behavior. Unfortunately, it is such consistent behavior among humans that it could be argued it is inherently natural, but that would entail hypocrisy and injustice to be inherently natural to us as well, which is simply not true and worse, it is unfuckingcivilized. Don't piss in my pocket and tell me it's raining. To me, this has never been about Cart, I neither like him nor hate him. It has to do with the blatant way you people deny your obvious intolerance. Just admit that you hate the motherfucker enough to commit injustice to get rid of him instead of being a fucking coward and pretending your lame fucking excuses are legitimate.

What a load of shit. Rules are enforced more harshly when someone willfully challenges the particular authority in charge of enforcing the rules to go ahead and enforce them. Cops let people off for speeding (or don't even pull them over) on a daily basis. Your boss doesn't always write you up for being late (at least mine doesn't). Your girlfriend might forgive you for cheating on her. The difference is, if you do any one of those things, and are told to stop speeding/being late/cheating, yet you continue to do it, and the next day you pull your cock out and say "hey suck on this, cop!" as you fly past him at 100mph; come in 2 hours late and say "then fire me you fucking pussy" to your boss; invite a girl over to have sex with her in your girlfriend's bed when you know your girlfriend will be home in 10 minutes and then say "then dump me, cunt" when she asks wtf you're doing, chances are you're going to get arrested/fired/dumped. Injustice indeed, cry me a fucking river.

I'm the one who banned him, and I've taken full credit for it. I've made no excuses. I listed the legitimate reasons for his ban, and stated that it probably wouldn't have happened if he hadn't challenged me to do it, and asked for it. The fucking guy stated in his message that this place was lame and he didn't want to come here anymore. It's funny how Winnow is the most vocal proponent of bringing him back when he sent me more than one private message a year ago that say that Cartalas sent him a goodbye message right before posting that because he knew what he was doing, and agreeing that people should be banned for violating rules. No one's rights have been trampled, no one else has gotten the boot. The guy made a minority of people here laugh on occasion. He consistently made a majority of people here angry. He ruined more conversations, derailed more threads and made more personal attacks than anyone else on this board, and those cover at least 2 of our 4 rules. In multiple polls, more other posters on this board thought this board would be better without him than it was with him. And he thumbed his nose at me when I told him to tone it down. It's not unfair or unjust to punish the worst offender with the harshest sentence. If I'm not mistaken, I believe that's how the American judicial system works. And it's even less unfair when he knew what he was doing and literally asked for the punishment. Say what you will about that being a "just shoot me" type of thing...

The only person on the board that actually annoys occasionally me is kyoukan and we freely go at each other without hindrance from the mods so it's all good. I try to make my flames entertaining except for a couple here and there that are directed at kyoukan.

I told Sylvus in my PM that Cart PM'd me saying goodbye. Unless you're a complete moron, it should be obvious that Cart knew what he was doing when he posted Sylvus' PM and then PM's me saying goodbye. What great fucking revelation is this PM that Sylvus posted? The point isn't that Cart knew what he was doing when he made his final post. It's why it got to that point.

Maybe you need to watch more crime dramas. You need to take into account the circumstances behind things. Tell me if there's a difference between these two scenarios:

A) A woman takes a shovel and whacks a guy in the head out of the blue, killing him.
