Post by Dregor Thule »

Having to put up with this crap is a challenge for the rest of us. I quit CE.

It would be nice to move all of those challenge threads to a sub forum in CE called spam.

There is an existing section somewhere on this board that would be perfect for these threads! :)

Actually, besides Nick trolling me and losing his own challenge, the discussions have been very nice. I'm enjoying them.

Come on man. Give me some slack. My comment in that thread was not a flame by any measure. It was an actual acknowledgement that he knows a hell of a lot more shit than me on that topic. He's actually in that field and is extremely passionate about it and has studied all the studies. I was simply acknowledging it without a negative or flame-type comment.

If you're serious, which I find highly doubtful, I totally retract the comment. I find it hard to take such a comment as anything but a flame given the last years comments you have made every time Animale post.

Nevertheless, in the interests of decency, I'll retract the assumption on my part that your posts for the next month will be considered void.

As for some people find this annoying, well, fortunately I don't have an agreement with you, because the stink of self-congratulatory superiority displayed (which having been boring for several years to everyone) has never been more obvious than now.

It appears my net is sorting itself out slowly but surely. If you doubt the sincerity of that check the http://www.tiscali.co.uk/cgi-bin/status.cgi page, anything below 100% and my net, appears, sadly, to be completely fucked.

Perhaps, but history (and apparently Animale) would apparently disagree.

However, sarcasm in text is not always clearly discernable, so I have to admit your interpretation could possibly be valid ;

Thank you Z.

Animale and I don't agree on this issue. No doubt. However, I concede to having a more than lay man's knowledge on the science and statistics.

Still say it was a snarky one-liner meant to get a rise. But, if you back off of it what the hey.
