If everyone took 5 min out of there day to Email VI about these Shitstains they might get booted.
Dear Sirs:
I am writing you this letter in an attempt to get some information and to voice my concerns over some in game activity.
My In game character is Cartalas I had sent you a /Report on a character by the name of Vyrulian where he threatened me on possible trains and death. This opens up a larger issue in my opinion on a group of people on The Veeshan server that belong to a guild by the name of Seekers of Lore. Some of its members that are in question are Buffi,Haters,Romaeo,Vryulian,Frostkin and Managia, this group of people for the last 3 yrs have been harassing,Training and ksing many players on Veeshan but seem to always get away with it. The latest was an episode between a Guild Legacy of Lore on Wednesday 12-31-02 @ 9am and Seeker of Lore.
Legacy of Lore clearly had force sitting on spawn when Seekers Gated in (All most of been bound there), and Engaged mob after Legacy had already engaged. The end result was Seekers Ksing and then gating out leaving Legacy with 12 hours of wasted time and no loot. At 9pm on 12-31-02 Legacy was still there when lodi popped again and who decides to pop in but Seekers of Lore again but this time Legacy had help to ensure no KS.
This brings me to my question why does Sony allow these people to continue playing on this server it is obvious what they are doing, they camp mobs for droppable loot that can be sold on Players Auction.com. Not only that but I thought it was against Sony’s policy to allow Players to sell characters.
Please investigate this Vrylulian was purchased by Haters a little digging into the account information will prove this as well as Frostskin.
Thank You
Cartalas

Nothing against you Cart, let's hope whoever is gonna read it will understand you better than I did.

I dont think the Lodi spawn is the issue, The issue is that these guys need to be run off the srver to somewhere else I.E AC2Fash wrote:are you serious it's still worth it to you to sit around for 12 hours to kill Lodizal? My god man, ebay while you still can.
The longest spawn time I've seen in AC2 is like 15 minutes.

Yeah, AC2...
A game where you can make level 50 in a week.... 2 days if you exploit.
Perfect game if you have ADD.

2 days nonsense. I've exploited plenty, the XP curve is no joke. Can get to 30 quick, all the early quests are huge.. but you will have traveled a lot of nice terrain and killed a ton of stuff along the way..... and it's Fun.
There's no ADD in a 12 hour session, thanks.
I call bullshit on your 4 days to 43.. not an accurate portrayal of the game, you walked an exploit line to 43 and now complain, that's nice.
... no content????? rofl bullshit on that too. It is a game that took me time to adjust to from EQ, and I'm not saying it has the same draw as EQ... but, like EQ, it is a great game if you play it, and if ya don't, well...

I liked Widjan, he did a fairly good job IMO, as did Trezz, Tinket and Saiphos. As much as they could within SOEs rules anyway.Cotto wrote:Customer Service, had thee once existed, thou would be truely missed!
While your willing to keep paying, I can't see any action against your account lasting more than 3-4 weeks. Even then, it's easy enough to pick up another account and start the same BS over again.

Saiphos was the best, Tijnket was a Guide then Sr. Guide and never actually worked for VI/SoE, Trezz I can't say I've ever delt with him. As for the Magic Troll well... I won't comment on that.Aabidano wrote:I liked Widjan, he did a fairly good job IMO, as did Trezz, Tinket and Saiphos. Well most of the big beta exploits were fixed, but theres plenty of pathing exploits that still exist. You could probably do it in a week easy now.2 days nonsense. I've exploited plenty, the XP curve is no joke. Can get to 30 quick
Sure, AC2 is great fun for newbies. I had a blast when I first started in beta.all the early quests are huge.. but you will have traveled a lot of nice terrain and killed a ton of stuff along the way..... and it's Fun
But when you are 40-50 the 'fun' just grinds to a halt.
Yes, but it is still possible.I call bullshit on your 4 days to 43.. not an accurate portrayal of the game, you walked an exploit line to 43
I didn't want to level up a 4th character to 40 because I was sick of the newbie shit. The low level game is great the first few times... but like any other MMOG one of the main goals is to get to the 'top' level.
You're level 41 FFS, what the fuck have you seen for 'top' level content?no content????? rofl bullshit on that too
Sure, they added a bit of content in the dec update but it's still an empty shell of a world. All the content is lower level shit... and they made it so easy to level that after a month, most players will be out of content.
Is your judgement so clouded by the pretty graphics, cool shadows and intuitive gameplay that you can't see that AC2 is completely lacking in high end content?
It does not have the longevity of EQ.I'm not saying it has the same draw as EQ... but, like EQ, it is a great game if you play it, and if ya don't, well...
I don't think any game ever will.
The new crop of MMOGs are designed for casual players.
They are easy to learn, easy to play and they don't have the dreaded time sinks like EQ.
The time sinks are the key to EQ's longevity.
It's why people keep playing.
To kill the next big mob, to get the next 'uber' item, to get their next AA, to clear the next zone.
All of those things take time... lots of time
Games like AO and DAoC and Neocron have PvP as thier top end content.
What is AC2's and E&B's gonna be?
Think about it.

I don't know if Trezz was an SOE employee or not, it's been a long time.
The time sinks are a factor, but the social aspect keeps most folks around long term IMO. Other than twinks, most classes have to be fairly social to progress at higher levels.
