Kinda funny. I remember one time PE killed Ikatiar and another guild coth past and attempted Aaryonar. PE wasn't happy with it. Some cockfuck in PE ended up training the other guild (altho this can be argued cause I saw a LD member of the other guild also wander near EoS area). Anyway, I've seen PE on the other end of this EXACT arguement.

Bottom line, even though its fun to read arguements here... Fesuni I think you should keep quiet about things like this and leave it to your officers, in fact I think two of them already posted after giving a different view on this.

NToV Might be un important to a lot of guilds, but now that the top tier players moved out of there, the rest of us *gasp* actually has a chance now at even trying the hand at it.

Don't think that everyone out there wants to be in the current top guilds, many people aspire to bring their current guilds to that level of gameplay (Which will be a tough bitch because the currently top content is uber farmed)

If NtoV spawned faster, and Veeshan had a raid schedule set up for different guilds, many who are there now would be out already. As that never happened, and NtoV was a fuckfest during its days of being new content, many people just didnt have a chance to try it even, and had to stay content doing Armor, Vindi, Up Named pops and such.

As for this story: Morale is that an asshole who wants to prove a point will fuck up your raid, his own raid, and then call for Sonywhore Support.

Oh, shut the hell up, Ulvian. Your being a gimp has not a god damn thing to do with everyone that did NToV before you and everything to do with you and your guild being slow, pathetic, and incompetent. You speak of 'top tier' players - news flash, the 'top tier' players haven't done NToV for over a year. Moral of story: if you feel insecure about sucking at a computer game blame whoever is better than you for monopolizing content.

WoW, thats being a little judgemental dont you think Karae? How do you know what her/his goals are or were, to call afailure, on his/her part, at them?

I have to say that if I played this game to succeed, I woulda been a serial killer a long time ago.

I Suceed at the things that count in my life. If EQ was banned tomorrow I could/would go on. (I might cry for a moment).

It's clear what his goals are when he's whining about how he couldn't do NToV before now because of the big bad evil uber guilds. His goal was, obviously, to do NToV the same time the 'top tier' guilds were, and he failed.

Glad to hear you play EQ to fail. That's a great attitude and I hope you instill it in your children. "It's ok to fail as long as you don't care." Isn't that the definition of apathy?

Instill failure in my children? To that I can only say I hope my children have better things to dot han base sucess or failure in thier lives, on EQ. Obviously I misjudged you.

I dont play to fail, I play to play. I am not going to break down and cry because I dint get something I wanted. I might get pissed and slam my keyboard into your... oops the wall.

And I hope my kids play for fun not sucess or failure

I dont want to start a flame with you. I just was suggesting a little Humility could be in your agenda if that is possible.

By the way lets not bring my kids into this, (the 5 of em) you might piss em off.

Karae, here let me wipe my dick on your chin.

Im SOOO Sorry there you go...too fucking bad I don't have 10+ hours to invest on daily basis into a fucking video game.

Yeah, Im very well aware that would lead to being unable to be the first to do most of the new content mobs, and I accept it.

But fact remains, when ever new content IS introduced its a fucking claw race for who gets to kill it first, and/or farm its drops.

As for my goals you fucktard, guess again, my goals aren't to do the same shit as top guilds do at the same time, if it was I would be too busy sucking on someone's cock for some loot and/or guild admission. My fucking goals aren't to become estranged of RL, and like someone here stated earlier, not to be a sad fuck who says "El O El" to their screen.

Im not anyone's bitch, get that trough your head, I wont go down on loot awarders so I can get a pretty piece of code. My guild? Its not about [My] guild you fucking retard, its about being able to depend on people and see them learn the game, as for slow? Oh excuse me fucktard, only been running the show for about 3 months since I came back to EQ.

Get a life, or get some facts straight before you open that cockslot which is your mouth.

If Aary was above their ability and they were there first you should have just waited for them to try and fail. I know we've done that many times, it can be frustrating but usually if you really think a guild doesn't have the numbers/classes, etc.. to win, they don't, and you get your shot without having an ugly fight.

I have definitely seen people 'failing at everquest', but it's never been about what content they're doing when.

Karae, there are too many variables other than incompetence that could prevent someone from advancing through content at the same rate as others. I'm not sure comparing people to FoH is fair either (I'm assuming that's the comparison you're making). I think FoH definitely has above average players, but they also have people who have invested significant time over the last three years. Notice I'm not saying "have no lives", because I know that's not the case either.

There are a myriad of reasons why someone might not be on top tier content that have nothing to do with whether or not they're 'good' at Everquest.

From EQ folk that I've met IRL, game characters are not good indicators of the people driving them.

Being good EQ is based on the time put into it, and the desire to sacrifice things in your life to be online.

Gee, doesn't that formula sound familiar, (spend more time with family, work overtime to get a bonus, don't go out drinking to polish off some test material, etc.)

[quote="Melrin_Specclaster"] No offense, but if you aren't good at what you do, it reflects everywhere.

Your saying EQ is what you do?...or... Your good at everything you have ever done?

So you solved the Rubiks Cube in less that 2 minutes? or are you old enough to have seen one?

When you get as old as I am you find a couple three things in life you may not be good at.

I may not be "good" at something but that doesnt mean I dont get some pleasure from doing it. Say for instance Prospecting, I dont find a pot of gold every time I look. But that nugget I find every once in awhile, gives me goosebumps =)

The reflection you should worry about, is the one you see in the mirror.

Yeah yeah, not good at spelling either and I dint take the time to look it up so I could be wrong but, just because I am not good at spelling doesnt mean I have to hide in the corner and call foul.

I remember the first time I solved one on my own after hours of patient instructions (from my ex). She was damn good at it. I just wanted to say I could do it. I was a far cry from the 2 min club though lol. shortly after that I mastered Mario Bros weeee.
