NBC cancels major shows?

Opie and Anthony mentioned this morning on their show that due in part to the writer's strike and growing problems with lead characters, NBC has cancelled 3 of it's major shows:

My Name is Earl
The Office
30 Rock

This SUCKS if it's true, anybody know anything?

Does NBS own the rights to The Office after this season? If not, it will be picked up by another network.

This is all temporary. If things are resolved, the best shows will be picked back up for the following season.

The Office cancelled? Of course not, silly. It's hard to believe that people would fall for this two weeks in a row now. The rumor began after people began listening to the morning radio program the Opie and Anthony show.

If you know anything about O&A or talk radio in general, you would know that it's Make Up Stuff Tuesday; It's Fake News Story Tuesday. If you heard a provocative news item Tuesday Morning, IT'S SIMPLY NOT REAL, writes Chris McDevitt.

The report cites the Drudge Report as the source, but if you would bother to check Matt's site report before jumping to conclusions, you'd realize it's a gag.

And I always laugh at the people who fall for that

The ONE time I turn it on late... ugh. lol.

I did google it, and I found forums talking about it, so I'm not the only one who fell for it.

That is an M ! I think it's just the font style. I could be wrong though. Even it it were a flipped W I'm not sure anyone here would really know why...
