It most certainly is. Of course the girl that is playing the game in the video is wearing the typical japanese school girl outfit with high heels on. You sit on the broom and move around kind of like the crotch-rocket motorcycle arcade games.

Maybe they need to use one of the vibrating Nimbus 2000 brooms and then attach it to a mechanical bull riding base to enhance the experience.

I think at the point that you make it a vibrating broom it becomes kinky. Attaching it to a mechanical bull base system probably transitions it from kinky to painful.
