In this manner they have fought to make discretion unfashionable and dragoon otherwise reasonable individuals into hearing them out.

Picture this, dogs are pack animals, they actually were domesticated because they hung around the camps and fed off the scraps and we developed a symbiotic relationship. We neuter them because they end up having too many that go wild and it is not good for them, they end up dying in the streets and many feel it is more humane to stop having them. If you want to site PETA crap why don't you mention the many people they have sanctioned killing and injurying in the name of animal justice. In fact Peta euthanizes a higher % of animals than all Humane Societies in America.

AND if you have heard the report, he is also in trouble for CONSPIRACY, which means he set up a gambling ring centered around dog fighting. He would have gotten the same sentence for hosting illegal fights between people, fighting goldfish, or ostriches. The public outrage is that he purposely and willfully killed and tortured the dogs who did not fight well. They were not injured dogs he was putting out of their misery, they were dogs that would not make him money.
