True, that double jump involving the throwing knives and the revolving wheel should die. I know 2 people who stopped playing the game after that particular jump, and i spend like 2 hours getting past that spot tooSabek wrote:The Meat Circus was painful at time, but overall the game is inventive and a blast to play.Animalor wrote:I almost threw my 360 controller at my monitor a few times playing through the Meat Circus.Hesten wrote:Damn, hes spot on on Psychonauts, great review.

Re: I love this guy's reviews...
Sony didn't think through their triggers at all. They just wanted the PS3 controller to look exactly like an old PS2 controller for some reason instead of improving it. GTAIV really demonstrates how lame this design is compared to the 360's controller. Besides all of it's other faults, the PS3's controller is something you'll always be using, reminding yout that it sucks (not even counting the retarded six axis which is totally useless)Funkmasterr wrote:GTA4 Review is up.

Re: I love this guy's reviews...
Actually didn't Sony want the controller to look like the image below but the bellowing of fanboism made them go "fuck it" and give us more of the sameold?

Re: I love this guy's reviews...
maybe not! I can't see the triggers in the picture.Fash wrote:even worse.
Just because the original ps2 controller sucks for this generation, doesn't mean it had to change radically, but the triggers were a big mistake. The image shown was a joke. They must have had several possible prototypes unless they completely blew off controller design for the PS3.

Disclaimer: I haven't touched the ps3 controller yet, but I still think that the ps2 controller is the best controller yet designed as far as comfort and ease of use is concerned.

Re: I love this guy's reviews...
I never hated the 360 controller, but I agree with the second part of your statement. PS controllers used to give me thumb blisters sometimes, never had that happen with 360. Granted, I don't play nearly enough head-to-head sports games as I used to back in the day, that could be part of it, as gaming was much more intense when it was win or get shit talked to you for the rest of the day.Funkmasterr wrote:I hated the Xbox controllers at first but after using it a while I prefer the 360 controller way over anything else I've used.Truant wrote:Disclaimer: I haven't touched the ps3 controller yet, but I still think that the ps2 controller is the best controller yet designed as far as comfort and ease of use is concerned.

Re: I love this guy's reviews...
I guess I shouldn't have said hate, I was just used to PS2 controllers and didn't want the change.. But once I got used to it, it was like night and day. I also have arthritis and my hands got sore pretty quick with the PS2 controller, with the 360 I don't have that issue, the ergonomic design of the controller makes it work much better for me.Sylvus wrote:I never hated the 360 controller, but I agree with the second part of your statement. I get hand cramps and sore muscles after long sessions with the 360 controller (don't even get me started on the original xbox controller).
The ps2 controller is just a perfect fit for me, and I have zero complaints about it at all.
