Question about MSN Live Messenger

A few days ago i was chatting with a friend on MSN and he gave me some information that i was supposed to write down. But i didn't write it down and accidentally closed my window. Now I need that info and I cannot find the history anywhere. i changed my options to save my conversations but this info was before i changed the options.

Is there anyway for me to retrieve the info in our chat through MSN history?? If so how? If there is no way i have to wait for him to log on to MSN again, which i don't know when it will be.

I do not believe any text histories are saved on Messenger. There are a bunch of programs you can get to record them, but otherwise pretty sure you are screwed.

I do fully expect to see you skewered by the fnord for being so stupid as to forget to write down important info. If you are not with them, you are against them!
