Software troubles

I dont know how, but my IE is in german. I've tried going to Tool>Internet Options>Languages, and i tryed installing the german ones, then uninstalling ALL the languages there, then reinstall english, but no go. I'm thinking it could have been changed because I was infected with this "Handy" virus. When i check for info on it there wasnt much. It's completly out of my system as of 30minutes ago. But my browser is still in german. At first I thought it was in german because I just installed a D/L'ed version of return to castle wolfenstein, but apparantly thats not it. Could have been where the virus was though. Can anyone help me get it back to english?

You're probably going to have to remove IE completely, reboot, then reinstall the English version from the Windows CD.

You can't pull all the hooks into the OS, but you can uninstall the interface.
