SO you want to break necks
when you flex your pecs? ;)

Sure!

I recommend you getting a bar though, but if that's totally impossible you can use dumbells instead of barbell.

Dumbell Bench press on plain bench, just like the meat n potatoes exercise with barbell without the barbell. :)

Hey Kwon, any plusses/negatives from using a machine that simulates flies instead of the dumbell version you show? I seem to have an easier time using the machine than dumbells for that. This is prolly a sign that I'm weak in that area :P

Dumbell Bench Press is something I regularly do, overhead pull over is something I'm going to try next. Just doing that I've definitely noticed improvement.

If you have a pecdeck, use it.

Nothing wrong with machines if they're good ones.

You do get stronger quicker and get more balance with dumbells than machines, but you ain't training to become a powerlifter but a bodybuilder.

Building muscle aka Mass with Class is your goal, not to become as strong as possible.

Machines stimulate musclegrowth as well and yes, they are easier to use since you don't need to be able to keep the dumbells in the right place.

Try lighter dumbells and work your way up in weight to get the balance and stability needed.

We are all weak at one time, until we become strong. Learn to crawl before running.

Practice makes perfect!
