In light of the huge success of the banning of Cartalas, and directly related to the amount of page loads and donations that have been sent in as a result, we will now be holding a monthly ban of a completely random person who has over 500 posts.

Kyoukan is obviously exempt from this because she currently has -8383380 posts and -8383380 < 500.
