Jeebus that is a huge fucking thing. You really can't appreciate it until you see the sixth photo...with the 747 for reference...

That sucker is huge!

I saw some discussion on it with the trials in LA and New York and they (some aviation expert or some such) said so far the North American orders have been for the cargo version. The speculation was that with the issues airlines have had, they might not buy into this aircraft, as their trend has been to flying smaller aircraft, filled to capacity, rather than large, partially empty ones. And even if they do, like Lalanae said, it will be sardine can time.

500 passengers in three class configuration. 853 in all economy configuration.

Wow, I knew it was big, but when compared to the teenyweeny 747's it really is feckin huge!
