Ok, who wants to organize a Vegas VV Reunion?

Anyone want to organize a gathering in Vegas? Anyone have experience organizing group things like this? How many people have to commit to get a good group rate?

Who would be committed to going (extreme circumstances aside)?

I think the best time would be sometime September-October-November-ish.

Anytime probably works for me after July (though I'll be there June 28-July 1 anyways). I take the Bar exam end of July. Hopefully will get a job by September. Hopefully it will be a good paying job. But yeah, totally up for it.

EQ FF in Vegas was fun times.

hotel room parties > noisy dance clubs

(Quark's Bar doesn't count as noisy dance club!)

Looks like SOE chose the Rio this time around for Fan Faire, August 2-5 this year.

Of course a Veeshan organized reunion (Saiphos included) would be a million times better.

Not necessarily a bad idea - I just wonder how good these gigs are without Vannoth at the helm. But discount rate hotel room + common meeting points are fine - I can't remember exactly how much EQ was ever discussed at these things anyways ;P

The only person I know of who could answer that is Dolby, since he's been to both Vannoth and post-Vannoth FF's. I'll message him tonight and see what he says.

Well, I talked it over with my girlfriend, and we're going to make an effort to hit the Fan Faire (pending finances). The timing for this trip is pretty convienent for us, and the fact that many friends will be there too.
