What Cart fails to mention is that we are under a wind chill advisory, and with the wind chill tonight it is supposed to be around -30 F.

When I was in the USAF we'd have still been working on the aircraft at -30, and we did, lots of times. Our official cutoff was -60, and sometimes it would sit at -59 until the damned plane was fixed, then an advisory would come out saying it was too cold to work outside.
