That is the only Japanese bike I would consider riding. Spent quite a bit of time sitting on it at the bike show and it fit me perfectly. Very nice bike. Must admit I have become partial to non-Japanese bikes though but that one is a good choice. Congrats!

Grats dude! Enjoy the speed and the sound!

Now, don't go getting it stolen like someone did to mine last summer :(

When I got it, it had 0.0 miles so I got some breaking in to do, Well Yesterday me and a buddy of mine went ridding since he needs to break in his bike too. He bought a Honda CBR 1000RR Repsol Replica nice bike. We put about 150 miles on them yesterday. Well I love the handleing and looks thats for sure the power is sick. Its going to take alittle bit to get used to the fly by wire throttle but that should be easy. I do need to advance the idle alittle and I definitly need to have it lowered an inch so I can sit at the stops with both feet flat right now I'm on my toes or on one foot. I guessing the susspension is going to settle 1/4 to 1/2 inch so that will help alittle also.

Lowering it even an inch will affect it's handling, I wouldn't do it unless it's absolutely necessary.

I can't imagine a liter bike, my Ninja ZX-6R is a handful in any gear under 4th, and it still likes to wave that front wheel in the air sometimes when I don't outright ask it to

P.S. get a slip-on exhaust or a full system if you have the money, you won't regret it. They sound good stock but when people can hear that scream of a sportbike from a mile away (and they're not too loud going through towns at tame RPMs) you'll always have a smile on your face.

Also

Nice fucking bike =)
