Little Help with Pop - up please!

i keep getting these damn pop-ups while i'm playing eq and they boot me out... anyone have any idea how to fix it? I disabled messenger in hopes that that would fix it... but still getting pop-ups every couple of mins.

I thought i remembered there being a thread here about it... but i looked over the top 6 or 7 pages and can't seem to find it..

Go into Control Panel...Administrative tools...Services.

In there..you will find something about Messenger, you need to disable that.

You might have some ad spyware on your computer that's causing it if it's not the messanger thing. Here's a nice program that searches your computer for spyware and gets rid of it:
